NEC's Jordan Hall

We begin our 141st season in style with a sparkling program of music by Handel and Mozart. Focusing on The Psalms of David, the program will feature Handel's youthful and vibrant setting of Psalm 110, Dixit Dominus, written in 1707 in Italy.

The second half of the program is Mozart's Italian oratorio, Davide Penitente, based in part on the music of his Great Mass in C Minor. With period instrument orchestra, virtuoso soloists and the rich surroundings of Jordan Hall, this is a concert you will not want to miss.
